I have always enjoyed the outdoors and first began photographing using a basic point & shoot camera in 1993. That little camera sparked a passion inside of me and I have spent the last 15 years reading, learning, exploring, and photographing every chance I get. I am very fortunate to have the loving support and encouragement of my wonderful wife, Erin. Her support allows me to continue to pursue my love for capturing nature's beauty. The time and commitment required isn't always easy and I am forever grateful for her!
In 2007 a new inspiration was born when our 1st son came into the world. Since then I have come full circle on the idea of "people" pictures, which I used to avoid as much as possible. I have realized there is no greater joy as a photographer than freezing a precious moment in time that can be reflected back upon. Thanks for taking the time to visit. I hope you can take a few minutes to kick back and enjoy my interpretations of the many beautiful places I have been blessed to visit and the beautiful people that have graced my lens.
